At Comfortlink Care LTD, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden extras. You only pay for the care you receive, and we never add premiums for travel or for supporting clients with higher care needs.

Our Commitment

All our carers are permanent members of the Comfortlink Care LTD team. They are fully trained, insured, and dedicated to providing compassionate care for the elderly. We do not use agency staff.

Key Terms

If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, you will not be charged for that portion.
The Multi-Hour rate applies to visits lasting two consecutive hours or more.
Night Carer rates apply between 10pm and 6am. Minimum visit:
- 2 hours before midnight
- 4 hours after midnight
Public and Bank Holidays are charged at time-and-a-half.
Christmas Day is charged at double time.
Fees can be paid via Direct Debit or Automated Debit Card Payment.
Interest charges apply for late payments.
Respite Care is available to help clients trial Live-In Care. Due to additional administration, respite placements incur a 5% surcharge on daily or weekly fees.
